The Role

A great opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our night shift operational team at our Braeside facility. In this role, you will lead the production team and oversee operations to maintain our product standards and ensure smooth production line functioning. You will also ensure company quality standards are met and proactive corrective actions are taken when needed.

The Tasks

  • Supervise daily bakery operations, including mixing and baking processes.
  • Improve team culture and focus on development.
  • Provide strong, hands-on leadership, especially around people and culture, open communication channels, and cross-training.
  • Meet targets in a dynamic and fast-moving business.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality, GMP, HACCP, Hygiene, and Food Safety policies.
  • Focus on WHS, aiming to reduce LTI and incident frequency year on year.

The Successful Candidate

  • Proven experience in food manufacturing in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Qualified baker or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and good numerical ability.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • This role involves a 7-day fortnight rotational roster.
