What We're Looking For

  • A proven ability to achieve or exceed industry KPIs
  • Confidence working independently and within a sales team
  • A growth mindset and passion for customer service
  • Experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales (preferred)
  • Basic truck technical knowledge
  • Current HR Driver's Licence
  • Excellent computer skills, including DMS/CRM systems
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Results-focused with a proactive work ethic
