Job Description
  • Maintain and manage overdue accounts within company guidelines.
  • Liaise with customers to arrange payment plans and resolve payment issues.
  • Ensure all transactions are handled professionally and in compliance with industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to team objectives and KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures for efficiency.
  • Uphold company values and standards at all times.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Collections Officer should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in collections, customer service, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically.
  • A strong understanding of the Banking & Financial Services sector.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A high level of professionalism and dedication to customer service
