We are seeking a dynamic, qualified and highly experienced Coordinator to lead our new HERiz on strategy and programs. This role will identify and support gifted and high potential students across the College (PP - Year 12) and facilitate the development, implementation and evaluation of the College\'s talented and high performing student strategy.

• Identify and support gifted and high potential students across the College (PP - Year 12)
• Lead development, implementation and evaluation of the College\'s gifted and high performing student strategy
• Collaborate with teachers, students and families; coach and lead others in gifted and talented strategies
• Coordinate program planning, documentation, tracking and evaluation; manage projects

• Relevant teaching qualifications and eligibility for TRBWA registration
• Post-graduate qualifications and substantial experience in gifted education and/or differentiation
• A deep understanding of contemporary research on gifted and talented learners across all age groups
• Demonstrated ability to identify, track and case manage gifted and high potential students
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Strong ICT skills; experience with program planning, documentation, tracking and evaluation
• Ability to coach and lead others in gifted and talented strategies and implementation
• Strong advocacy for all girls\' education
