We are seeking a dynamic, qualified and highly experienced Coordinator to lead our new HERizon strategy and programs.
This role will identify and support gifted and high potential students across the College (PP - Year 12) and facilitate the development, implementation and evaluation of the College's talented and high performing student strategy.
To succeed in this role you will possess:

Relevant teaching qualifications and eligibility for TRBWA registration
Post-graduate qualifications and substantial experience in gifted education and / or differentiation
A deep understanding of contemporary research on gifted and talented learners across all age groups
Demonstrated ability to identify, track and case manage gifted and high potential students
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders including teachers, students and families
Strong organisation, project management and ICT skills including program planning; documentation; tracking and evaluation
The ability to coach and lead others in gifted and talented strategies and implementation
Strong advocacy for all girls' education and the promotion of all girls' learning environments
