Your role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
  • Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs
  • Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
  • Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Help provide an exceptional service to clients
  • Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
  • Participate in training seminars, team meetings, and social events
About you

Qualifications

  • 6-12 months' working experience in a Chartered Accounting practice
  • Recently graduated or undertaking the final semester of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar
  • Experience using accounting software such as MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, APS, MYOB, Xero, and Quickbooks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to clients
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude
