We are currently looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join our Midlands division.

You will be based at our Sketchley Gardens development in Nuneaton.

Sketchley Gardens is a desirable collection of 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes located in Warwickshire. Situated on the edge of a thriving Nuneaton , with open green spaces nearby and the exciting cities of Coventry, Leicester and Birmingham all a straightforward drive from home, Sketchley Gardens offers a highly enviable quality of life.

What experience do I need?

New Homes Sales experience would be advantageous, however we will consider applicants from any sales/customer service backgrounds.

What type of people arewe looking for?

You'll naturally be a confident and charismatic character with the knowledge and experience of using your creativity and ability to think outside the box to achieve your goals and succeed as a progressive SalesExecutive.

This role requires weekend working both Saturdays and Sundays.
