Dental Assistant/Receptionist role at Kiama Dental. Permanent Part-Time opportunity. Join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities- Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures.
- Ensure sterilization of instruments and maintain infection control protocols.
- Assist dentists chairside during various dental procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients through excellent patient management.
- Handle phone enquiries and manage appointment bookings efficiently.
- Undertake accounts and administration tasks, including processing payments via EFTPOS & HiCaps.
- Ideally, 1+ years of experience in the dental industry (preferred but not essential).
- Familiarity with Ultimo Software is highly regarded but not required.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Proactive and energetic approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A caring and friendly demeanor that inspires those around you.
