Overview

An exciting new opportunity has come available for an experienced Administrator to join our team at Rocky Ridge Aged Care Facility. This is a permanent, full-time position working from Monday to Friday. This role attracts an hourly rate of $33.22 - $33.72 / hour gross.

This role will see you providing administrative support including welcoming guests and visitors, rostering and diary management, stock, stationary orders, invoicing, and petty cash management to name a few. You will be a self-starter with previous experience in an office or administration capacity, have strong computer skills, be able to multi-task, and enjoy working within a healthcare environment. The role is based at Rocky Ridge Nursing Home; you will work with a calm and supportive manner among our elderly residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support including front-desk duties, guest reception, and guest/visitor management.
  • Rostering and diary management; coordinate schedules and appointments.
  • Manage stock, stationery orders, invoicing, and petty cash as required.
  • Assist in general office duties to maintain an efficient operating environment.

Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience using effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time-management skills and ability to prioritise workload in a busy, changing environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office and database applications.
  • Confidence with smartphones and digital devices, or willingness to learn.
  • Proactive in completing tasks promptly and efficiently.
Compliance (ARRCS Mandatory if Offered a Position)
  • A National Police Check dated or lodged within the last 3 months.
  • Current Influenza Vaccination.
  • A current NDIS Screening check or proof of application.
