Remuneration:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $99,425p.a., comprising salary rates between $39.87 - $58.60 p.h., employercontribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%)(Nurse Grade 6 (1)/HP3) (Permanent Part Time (57 hours p.f.) Deliver clinical services as a member of amultidisciplinary team to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health.
Provideclinical and case management support to the older clients of the Wide BayMental Health Services to achieve the best possible clinical outcomes for thiscomplex group. Liaise with all relevant clinical and non- clinical stakeholderswithin the older persons environment as well as non- clinical support workersin the community to coordinate a holistic approach to recovery and wellbeing.
To provide expert clinical and patient-centredcare within Community Mental Health by supporting the facilitation andprovision of quality and cost effective nursing services which are consistentwith contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice.
