- Tertiary Qualifications in related field ( Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Speech Pathology )
- Previous
- Working knowledge of evidence based therapy and practice frameworks
- Experience in supporting a multi-disciplinary team
- Sound understanding of the NDIS
- Team player that people want to follow
Reporting in to the Regional Manager of Allied Health, The operations manager is responsible for developing and growing the Cairns services and clinic with quality allied health services whilst delivering strong, sustainable financial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include- Lead a multidisciplinary team, focusing on performance, wellbeing, and growth
- Lead the delivery of day-to-day services within the clinic and community
- Consistent with the strategic direction, develop business and operational plans that provide growth and development of the organisation and clinic
- Implement new services and programs that provide points of difference and improved competitive advantage within agreed timeframes
- Develop workforce programs to attract and support the ongoing delivery of high-quality services
