Role: Project Manager – Infra / Banking Experience

Location: Sydney

Permanent or Fixed Term contract – 12 months with Possible extensions

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and manage relationships with stakeholders: This involves building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, collaborations, and service providers. Effective stakeholder management is crucial for project success.
  2. Strong Banking and Infra EXP- Mandatory
  3. Liaise and negotiate with stakeholders: Effective communication and coordination with stakeholders are vital to ensure the timely delivery of outcomes and to address any potential issues or concerns.
  4. Oversee project resources and team: Managing project resources and ensuring a high-performing, motivated, and well-developed team are critical for achieving successful project results.

Qualifications/Experience:

  1. Strong leadership experience in guiding cross-functional agile project teams through critical and complex programs of work. Demonstrated ability to handle challenging projects effectively.
  2. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to foster seamless coordination and collaboration with stakeholders. Ensuring effective communication is vital for project success.
  3. Proven track record of managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, cross-agency collaborations, and service providers. Proficient in stakeholder management to ensure project alignment and support.
  4. Proficiency in utilizing project management frameworks/methodologies such as Agile and Hybrid Agile. Familiarity with and successful application of established methodologies for achieving project objectives.
