About the Role:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Casual Aged Care Support Worker to join us at Woodlands Grove Retirement Estate, located in Mount Gambier. The individual will be self-motivated with a genuine interest and ability to make a difference in the lives of our residents, enabling individual choice and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the service and delivery of meals to our residents.
  • Assist with resident activities and domestic duties.
  • Ensure residents' comfort and dignity at all times.
  • Recognise health and environmental hazards and be proactive in corrective action.
  • Passive/on-call sleepover shifts are required, with an apartment room provided.

About You:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Demonstrated experience and a passion for working in Aged Care.
  • Fully vaccinated against Influenza
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Appreciation and acceptance of diverse cultures and lifestyles
  • National Police check clearance

You will be paid under the Aged Care Award – Direct Care – Level 3, with salary packaging options available to increase take-home pay.
