Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS) is a medium-sized rural health service providing a range of programs including acute, subacute, residential aged care, and allied and primary health care services. KDHS operates across three campuses in Kyabram, Stanhope, and Tongala.

About The Role

The Payroll Officer will manage the full payroll cycle for our contracted provider service. Responsibilities include maintaining accuracy in our time and attendance system, updating payroll data, handling contract variations and new hires, addressing queries, making adjustments, verifying data accuracy, and generating fortnightly and end-of-month reports.

About You
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team with a focus on person-centered care.
  • Knowledge of SAP payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with KRONOS rostering system.
  • Physical ability to perform manual handling duties.
  • Ability to follow routine work schedules with minimal supervision and understanding of OH&S responsibilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, including email and internet use.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and information privacy.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems.
  • Accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Flexibility to work scheduled days and provide backfill as needed.
