ABOUT THE ROLE...

We are currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our Payroll team as Payroll Officer. Based at our Alexandria office in NSW, this is a Permanent Full-Time role. This is a busy and varied role ideal for an individual who values accuracy, process, and customer service. This role is responsible for:

  1. The accurate and timely processing of all company payrolls
  2. Managing and resolving all payroll queries from internal and external stakeholders
  3. Ensuring compliance with all payroll administration and reporting guidelines

The Payroll Officer is key to our business and is best suited to a proven multi-tasker able to juggle multiple priorities whilst ensuring complete accuracy. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and understands and lives our business culture. The following skills and attributes will contribute to your success in the role:

  • Previous experience with ADP Payforce and UKG Dimensions
  • Demonstrated payroll processing experience
  • An understanding of payroll legislation and processes
  • High attention to detail, with an organized and methodical approach to work
  • High levels of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Numerical ability and data entry skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and successfully multi-task ensuring deadlines are met
  • Articulate verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Unrestricted working entitlements in Australia
