Enterprise Account Manager at Quinticon Pty Ltd.

At Quinticon, we help large enterprises design, build and run modern cloud and infrastructure solutions. Partnering with industry leaders, we specialise in cloud transformation, container platforms, automation and cyber resilience. We're now looking for an OpenShift Architect to join our growing team and shape enterprise-scale container solutions for our customers.

The Role

As an OpenShift Architect, you'll lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade container platforms, working closely with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into robust, scalable and secure OpenShift solutions. You'll act as both a technical leader and trusted advisor, guiding teams across architecture, implementation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise OpenShift architectures (on-premises, cloud or hybrid).
• Define platform standards, governance, and security frameworks.
• Work with stakeholders to align OpenShift adoption with business and IT strategies.
• Provide hands-on guidance for installation, configuration, and integration of OpenShift.
• Lead migrations of workloads to OpenShift and modernisation of legacy apps.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Produce architecture documentation, reference designs, and best practice patterns.
• Mentor engineers and developers on OpenShift and Kubernetes practices.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as an OpenShift Architect / Senior Consultant in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of OpenShift 4.x and Kubernetes architecture, installation and operations.
• Experience with Red Hat ecosystem (RHEL, Ansible Automation, OpenShift Pipelines).
• Strong background in containerisation, microservices and application modernisation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and hybrid models.
• Experience implementing security, compliance, and governance in container environments.
• Stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence technical and business teams.
• Red Hat certifications (e.g Red Hat Certified Architect) highly regarded.
