Reliable Cloud Architect

We are seeking an experienced Reliable Cloud Architect to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing scalable and resilient architectures for cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and VMware.
- Driving automation through development and evolution of infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Defining reliability metrics, partnering with teams to set up meaningful SLIs/SLOs, and implementing real-time observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Leading incident response efforts, owning the on-call rota, and coaching teams through blameless post-mortems to identify areas for improvement.
- Demonstrable experience in production SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure role, preferably in a large-scale web environment.
- Expertise in at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and comfort designing hybrid migrations from on-prem to cloud.
- Proven track record with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS, OpenShift).
- Strong coding/scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash, etc.) and passion for building reusable tested libraries and tooling.
- Deep understanding of monitoring, logging, and tracing frameworks (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/Opensearch, Jaeger, etc.).
- Mentoring and evangelizing reliability best practices through pairing with engineers, running brown-bag sessions, and helping raise the bar across the engineering organization.
