Overview

Occupational Therapist role at Better Rehab. Join a small, close-knit team servicing the Northern Gold Coast with a balanced 50/50 adult and paediatric caseload (flexible to heavier paeds). Based in Helensvale with move to a brand new office/clinical space in Arundel. The caseload includes some complex physical support clients; NDIs in-clinic and in the community are supported.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work
  • Innovate and Collaborate: work with a whole multidisciplinary team including OTs, speech pathologists, PBS practitioners and a physio to handle complex cases and explore new treatment approaches
About You / Qualifications
  • Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist - limited may be considered on a case by case basis
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Ideal role for a new-grad (registered with AHPRA) or an early career OT with up to 4 years experience
