Are you passionate about supply chain management and looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Supply Chain Planner to oversee the optimal supply and inventory of our diverse Consumer Health product portfolio across the vibrant markets of Australia and New Zealand

In this pivotal role, you will take complete ownership of supply performance metrics, including Casefill, Customer DIFOT, inventory management, and product aging. You will be the primary point of contact for our Commercial teams, collaborating closely with Category Squads to support innovative projects and site transfers.

Do something that moves you.
  • Managing relationships with Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) and intercompany manufacturing facilities.
  • Optimising inventory levels to minimize costs and prevent stock shortages or oversupply.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and Bayer legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Providing weekly updates to the Commercial team on supply challenges.
  • Engaging with planners and logistics teams to maintain a healthy supply chain.

  • We are looking for a proactive professional with:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education (preferred).
  • Supply Chain qualification or diploma in a related field (essential).
  • Over 3 years of experience in supply planning and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP and SAP APO systems (essential).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of SAP Masterdata.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Skilled in effective stakeholder management and working in an Agile environment.
