The position

As a Graphic Designer, you will contribute to the overall success of both the core technology company (Tiimely) and retail business (Tiimely Home) through the ideation and design of creative content, assets, and collateral across multiple customer channels. As a part of the Brand & Content team, this role will also function as a brand guardian; maintaining consistency and progressing the Tiimely brand, developing work in line with the respective brand strategies to achieve business objectives.

Your other responsibilities will include:

  • Execute creative and design projects to support Tiimely and Tiimely Home to a high standard.
  • Translate strategy into digital design to support customer communication, marketing and web material.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and positive uptake of the brand, communication and execution.
  • Concept development and design for content and collateral across multiple channels including advertising, website, social media content, corporate and sales enablement.
  • Independently manage projects and ensure transparent and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify industry trends and opportunities for creatively extending our brand presence.
The successful candidate

Here's some of the things we'd like you to bring:

  • Strong demonstrated experience using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and standard design platforms.
  • Exhibit proficiency in animation design and video for content and corporate executions.
  • Operate at a high creative standard and apply attention to detail consistently across all work.
  • Be self-motivated, organised, collaborative, and agile – working effectively across varied projects with parallel deadlines.
  • Have an interest in technology and a passion for precise creative and communication design.
  • Comfortable with executing BAU design work along with conceptual projects.
