NOW HIRING: Social Media Manager (Paid + Organic)

Sydney | Full-time | Hybrid

$75,000 - $85,000 + super (DOE)

Are you a well-rounded Social Media expert who thrives in both creative content planning and performance-driven campaign execution? This role blends 50% Paid Social and 50% Organic Social, working across fashion, beauty, lifestyle & retail brands.

Join a high-growth, award-winning digital agency where you'll lead end-to-end social campaigns, drive strategy, manage clients, and work with a brilliant cross-functional team.

What You'll Do:

  • Own client comms, strategy & execution across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest & LinkedIn
  • Manage and maintain social content calendars (planning, approvals, publishing)
  • Brief, review & optimise creative assets
  • Build and manage paid social campaigns (with specialist support)
  • Analyse performance and deliver clear, actionable insights
  • Collaborate with SEO, CRM, Analytics, and Paid Media teams on holistic strategies

What You'll Bring:

  • 2–4 years' experience in social media (agency/client-facing ideal)
  • Strong knowledge of Paid + Organic Social strategies
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Confident managing client relationships & presenting results
  • Highly organised, creative and proactive
  • Experience with eCommerce or retail clients a bonus
