THE OPPORTUNITY

Ready to take the next step in your Planning career? We're on the hunt for a commercially-savvy and data-driven Planner to join our dynamic Planning team. Partnering closely with key stakeholders to deliver the right product, to the right place, at the right time - and making an impact every single day. This is your opportunity to work in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the merchandise strategy: Develop and deliver financial plans, range plans and OTB strategies that smash KPI targets.
• Be the trading guru: Analyse sales, manage stock flow, and drive category performance through sharp insights and swift actions.
• Build the right range: Collaborate with Buyers to plan product assortments that speak to our customer and deliver commercial results.
• Lead with impact: Mentor and guide Junior Planners, Assistant Planners and Allocators to deliver to plan.
• Drive operational excellence: Monitor stock availability, manage aged inventory, and maximise sell-through across retail and online.
• Communicate like a pro: Build strong cross-functional relationships across Merch, VM, Retail Ops, Marketing, and Production.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• You bring 2–5 years' retail planning experience, with a strong track record in driving commercial outcomes.
• You've got a sharp financial and numerical mind, paired with the ability to turn complex data into powerful insights.
• Excel is your second language and you're confident with Word and Outlook too.
• You think strategically, act decisively, and thrive in a fast-moving retail environment.
• You're a natural collaborator and communicator, with the ability to influence, inspire and lead by example.
• You live and breathe values like honesty, bravery, innovation and optimism and you bring that energy to everything you do.
