Role Overview

The Implementation Project Manager manages the software implementation for new and existing clients, serving as a primary client contact and internal stakeholder coordinator. They are experts in the Avetta SaaS platform, client solutions configuration, and project management, ensuring efficient project delivery and client satisfaction.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Manage end-to-end implementation projects for new clients and expansions.
  2. Lead client kick-off meetings, both virtually and in person.
  3. Ensure client configuration and business requirements are accurately documented, complete, and signed off, including user acceptance testing.
  4. Set, manage, and meet project goals, timelines, and client engagement expectations.
  5. Present and implement best practice workflows, aligning client internal processes with the platform.
  6. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
  7. Understand standard vs. non-standard configuration use cases.
  8. Verify internal testing of configurations and functionalities.
  9. Serve as SME on implementation processes, workflows, timelines, and best practices.
  10. Analyze and improve implementation processes continuously.
  11. Provide product feedback to management for improvements.
  12. Maintain and update implementation project documentation.
  13. Mentor and train fellow Implementation Project Managers and new team members.

  4. At least 3 years of project management experience in software/SaaS industries.
  5. Experience with MS Project, Jira, or similar project management tools.
