Cuisine Focus: South Indian (Tamil Nadu / Kerala specialties)

What We're Looking For:

Strong command of traditional South Indian dishes (dosa, idli, sambar, chutneys, etc.)

Minimum 3 years commercial kitchen experience

Professional attitude and team spirit

Able to uphold hygiene and kitchen standards

Immediate availability preferred
