About The Opportunity

We're looking for a Site Engineer to join our team in Sydney. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with Project Engineers, Supervisors and site crews to support the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of infrastructure projects.

As a Site Engineer, you'll play a key part in planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day site activities - making sure that program, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career with a contractor delivering diverse and technically challenging projects across Sydney.

This is a full-time permanent position, with a salary range of $90,000 – $110,000 base + super (dependent on experience).

What You'll Bring To The Team

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Previous experience in civil infrastructure (roads, rail, drainage, utilities, or structures)
• Strong organisational skills to coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site resources
• A proactive, safety-first mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with project teams, consultants and clients
• Working knowledge of construction programs, QA processes and reporting tools
