Overview

Converge International is a wholly Australian owned organisation focused on wellbeing in the workplace. This expression of interest (EOI) is for Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors to work with Converge on a range of counselling, crisis response, training, conflict resolution, career counselling, assessment and consulting services in Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Provide short-term, solution-oriented interventions and debriefing services as required
  • Deliver counselling and related support to clients in fast-paced environments
  • Work with staff in large industry, government and corporate settings
  • Contribute to crisis response, training and consulting activities as part of the team

  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Able to work independently, manage caseloads, be proactive and quick-thinking
To Join Our Team, You Will Have
  • 5 years of relevant experience post registration is desirable
  • Tertiary qualifications in Behavioural Sciences
  • Registration with the relevant professional body (AHPRA / AASW)
  • Demonstrated skills in short-term counselling and psychological first aid
