Overview

We are seeking a Perth-based Director to join the Deal Advisory Tax team. The Deal Advisory Tax team is a market-leading, dynamic and collaborative group that works on the most significant transactions in the Australian market. Our clients span resources, private equity, infrastructure, property, financial services and more. We are growing our Perth practice and you should be prepared to work on projects that may be featured in the news.

Location

Location: Perth, Western Australia, Australia

Your Responsibilities
  • Tax due diligence
  • Structuring, including advice on deal structures and fund structures
  • Transaction document review
  • Tax model reviews
  • Post-deal integration
  • Transaction-related ATO and FIRB correspondence
