Summary

We seek an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive strategic analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design across key business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct business analysis to define and communicate requirements and improvements.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and delivery with business goals.
  3. Design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and meet business needs.
  4. Develop and maintain process, policy, workflow, and report documentation.
  5. Provide insights and data-driven recommendations on business metrics.
  6. Facilitate meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
  7. Support change management for smooth implementation of new processes.
Qualifications & Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
  3. Proficient in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
  4. Skilled in data analysis and using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  7. Experience with agile methodologies and SQL or other data analysis tools.
  8. Stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  9. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  10. Adaptability to changing business needs and environments.
  11. Proactive problem-solving and decision-making.
  12. Continuous improvement mindset and dedication to quality.
