Role Description

We're looking for a motivated Physiotherapist to join our team full-time in Bundaberg. In this role, you'll manage a varied caseload, create and deliver individualised treatment plans, and provide patients with the education and tools for long-term success. You'll be supported with structured mentoring, a PD budget, and a collaborative team environment.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: $70K – $100K + super (based on experience & qualifications)
  • $1500 annual PD budget + structured mentoring program
  • Flexible roster: 9-day fortnight or monthly RDO accrual

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering great outcomes
