About the role

We are looking for an experienced salesperson to join our dynamic team at AUTO ONE in Kalamunda, WA. As a Senior Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our diverse client base including a range of automotive workshops in our local area.

What you'll be doing

Process sales, special orders and provide knowledgeable service to retail & trade customers.

Provide hands-on support and guidance to junior staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Monitor and maintain inventory levels, processing orders and liaising with suppliers as needed

Assist in the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth

Handle customer inquiries and complaints, working to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a retail sales roles, preferably in the automotive or consumer products industry

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and marketing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and team members

Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced retail environment
