About the role

Tanique Beauty Bar, a premier skin and beauty clinic located in Aberfoyle Park, SA, is seeking an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our talented team. This part time with the opportunity to move to full time role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute their expertise and passion to our thriving business.

What you'll be doing

Provide exceptional face and body treatments to our diverse client base, including facials, waxing, tanning, and massage therapies

Conduct comprehensive skin and beauty consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored treatment plans

Maintain meticulous standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the treatment rooms

Assist in the training and mentoring of junior therapists to uphold our high standards of service

Contribute to the development and implementation of new treatment offerings and promotions

Liaise with clients to book appointments and provide excellent customer service

Ensure all treatment rooms and equipment are well-stocked and in optimal working condition

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Beauty Therapist, preferably within a high-end spa or salon environment

Comprehensive knowledge of advanced face and body treatments, including the latest industry trends and techniques

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide an exceptional client experience

Strong time management and organisational abilities to juggle multiple clients and treatments

A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development

A friendly, patient, and empathetic approach to working with clients

A current Australian beauty therapy qualification and relevant certifications
