Due to ongoing growth, a number of customer care consultant positions are available, based at our Brendale Distribution Centre on Brisbane's Northside. About the role: Our Customer Care Consultants will be responsible for answering our four brands customer calls, emails and chat enquiries, both before and after purchase. Our team are responsible for providing instantaneous, friendly and exceptional customer service, so our customers can make the most of their leisure time. In this Dynamic inbound call centre role, you will be working in a stimulation and collaborative environment, helping customers with their inquiries and ensuring that their experience is as enjoyable as possible and enquiries are resolved promptly. Successful applicants will be required to work rotating weekend shifts.
