We are looking for a Desktop Support Officer to join our team in Kew to provide high-quality, onsite technical support to our customers. This full-time role requires you to be onsite at the customer location.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth daily operations for customers
  • Develop a friendly rapport with end-users, providing personable support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and handle requests efficiently
  • Seek customer feedback and actively work to improve service quality
  • Identify issues without existing processes and work with peers to develop solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and procedures
  • Take ownership of daily technology issues and liaise with external vendors
  • Work with other teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
Qualifications
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Interest in technology and willingness to learn new solutions and concepts
  • Effective communication skills for troubleshooting and explaining technical issues clearly
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team with proven leadership experience
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Flexibility to handle unusual situations and adjust work schedules as needed
