About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Designer who will be focusing on uplifting and expanding a complex, colleague-facing web interface made up of multiple mini-apps.
This role will play a key part in designing both enhancements to existing applications and new experiences, leveraging Elevate Design System. You'll work alongside designers, product owners, and engineers to deliver scalable, cohesive experiences that support high-impact business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end product design for a range of colleague-facing web interfaces, from discovery through to dev-ready designs.
- Drive the design uplift of existing mini-apps and contribute to the creation of new mini-app experiences, ensuring alignment with the Elevate design system.
- Coordinate with 23 other designers across Australia and Vietnam, aligning work and ensuring consistent design quality across the domain.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to designers within the team to support skill development and uplift design capability across the domain.
- Ensure strong alignment with central Design team and champion best practices in design thinking, accessibility, and systems thinking.
- Maintain design accountability across complex services and business outcomes, contributing both tactically and strategically within the team and broader domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (e.g. AI in credit analysis) and support enhancements like covenant management, alerts, and credit submission analysis.
Essential Requirements
- Significant experience as a Product Designer, preferably within complex enterprise or internal tooling environments.
- Strong expertise in using and contributing to design systems, ideally Elevate or similar.
- Experience working on web-based enterprise applications, especially internal or workflow-heavy tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead design efforts across multiple teams, align on direction, and maintain a high standard of quality.
- Confident mentoring and coaching other designers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present design decisions to stakeholders across levels.
- A collaborative mindset you're comfortable working across disciplines and cultures (Australia/Vietnam).
