Overview

RAC WA Perth, Western Australia, Australia is seeking a Content Marketing Advisor to support the delivery of the RAC Content Marketing Strategy on digital channels. The role focuses on planning and producing editorial content for RAC channels, with a primary emphasis on lo-fi social media formats and short-form web content.

What will you be doing?
  • Support with content production for RAC's social media channels – including storyboarding, capturing and editing content, engaging external content creators and agencies, attending shoots, and managing stakeholder reviews and approval.
  • Support with uploading, scheduling, and tracking social media posts including paid amplification.
  • Managing and monitoring RAC's social media communities.
  • Producing short-form editorial content for the RAC Horizons website (includes researching, writing and uploading) and supporting cross-channel promotion with RAC's social media channels.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to ensure a strong pipeline of relevant and engaging content that promotes RAC's Purpose, Vision and Mission and supports business and marketing objectives.
What are we looking for in you?
  • Tertiary qualifications in Digital Media, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, and/or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in content marketing, social media marketing and video planning, production and management.
  • Highly creative with genuine enthusiasm and passion for producing high quality content.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Passion for WA travel and motoring is highly beneficial.
  • Experience uploading to website Content Management Systems.
