Job Description

Urgent requirement for SAP eCommerce Cloud Technical Lead - Contract - Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver scalable, secure e-commerce solutions on SAP Commerce Cloud.
  • Guide development through hands-on coding, architecture design, and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Mentor teams, manage delivery processes, and ensure best practices in performance and quality.
  • Collaborate across stakeholder groups, translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end technical roadmap—from requirements to production—with leadership and vision.
Core Skills & Technical Expertise
  • SAP Commerce Cloud: SAP Commerce Cloud 2211, B2C accelerators, extensions, , Impex, FlexibleSearch, WCMS, Checkout, Payments, Promotions, Order and Return Management.
  • Front-End: Spartacus (Angular), OCC API development, responsive UI/UX.
  • Integration: SAP ERP/S4HANA, SAP CAR, OPPS, SAP CPI, payment gateways, logistics, and third-party APIs.
  • Backend: Java/JEE, Spring Framework, REST.
  • Search & Performance: Solr configuration, caching, optimization for large catalogs.
  • Security & Compliance: OWASP, PCI-DSS.
  • DevOps & Tools: Maven, Jenkins/Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, SAP Commerce Cloud Portal.
  • Testing & Monitoring: JUnit, Mockito, Kibana, Dynatrace, New Relic.

Duration: 6 Months with possible extension.

Eligibility: Australian/NZ Citizens or PR Holders only.
