Location: Regional Victoria, VIC – All centres are located within the Regional Victoria area in VIC

Salary: From $43.55 p/hr to $66.09 p/hr + Superannuation (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

Your Impact

As a Teacher, you will inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching that is creative and energetic. You will build meaningful relationships with families to ensure each child feels a strong sense of belonging and can thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices and collaborate with the broader centre leadership to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs to achieve optimal outcomes for children.

You'll need:

• Teacher qualification – Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
• Current Teachers Registration
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom, engaging with educators, families, and children to implement educational programs
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with children and families
• Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
• Seek and share best practices to enhance education programs
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and staff
