Responsibilities
  • Travel to one of our Blackwater villages - Driving from a nearby town OR Flying from Brisbane or Gold Coast
  • Cook alongside our supportive team for a village of people (bulk cooking on day/night shifts)
  • Work a 14:7 roster (two weeks living/working on site, 10.5-hour days, and one week home for what matters most)
Perks
  • SALARY of $90k-$110k + 12% Superannuation (paid on all rostered hours)
  • ANNUAL LEAVE of 5 Weeks (+ your week off at the end of each rotation)
  • BONUS of $17k (paid quarterly, if flights not provided)

Qualifications
  • Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or validated equivalent - evidence required)
  • Experience in bulk/batch cooking (industry experience not required)
  • Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months (sponsorship NOT available)
  • National Police Clearance (within last 6 months)
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including alcohol and drug screening
