Overview

Logistics and Warehouse Manager - Australia role at GN Group. Based in North Ryde, Sydney. Reports to the Head of APAC Operations. Responsible for supply chain efficiency, cost management, and the movement, storage, and organization of goods within the warehouse, ensuring seamless order fulfillment from both onshore and offshore to meet customers' expectations across Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee logistics and warehouse operations across GN divisions, including hearing, audio and gaming, in Australia.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain activities: movement, storage, order fulfillment, inventory control, and distribution (onshore and offshore).
  • Drive supply chain efficiency, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other key stakeholders; manage a large team and foster high employee engagement and performance.
Qualifications
  • Degree qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior logistics and warehouse management role.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., Navision) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading a large team and creating an environment of high engagement and performance.
