- Ensuring compliance with AHPRA and aged care standards
- Diploma of Nursing + current AHPRA registration
- Experience in aged care
- Strong clinical knowledge of age-related health issues
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to respectful, person-centred care
- First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certification
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Italian language skills
