What you'll do?
The Inventory Assistant (Returns Officer) plays a pivotal role in acting as the primary contact for all returns, credits, and cancellations at Compnow. They provide assistance with general inquiries, escalating issues to executive management where appropriate and ensuring accurate processing and overall financial accountability.
- Process and manage customer returns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of returns and exchanges.
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to restock returned items.
- Ensure compliance with company return policies and procedures.
- Monitor the returns inbox and coordinate logistics with internal stakeholders.
- Regular reporting and management of stock levels.
What you'll bring?
- Previous experience in an administrative support position.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc).
- Strong customer service skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proven team player and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities and take initiative.
What else do you need to apply?
- A relevant cover letter is required for your application to be considered.
- Start within a 4-week time frame, ideally.
- Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full-time without restrictions.
Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
