About the Role Assistant Store Manager | Dan Murphy's Melbourne QV | Add to our expertise If you're looking for a fulfilling career, you've come to the right place As one of our Fulfilment Managers (Assistant Store Manager), you'll play an integral role in managing and maintaining stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
We're looking for a driven people leader who has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about inventory management and stock control.
This role provides critical operational exposure across the business and the opportunity to kick start a career adventure with Dan Murphy's.
The ROLE: Help build a culture that is centred around people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to store team to inspire them to continuously improve Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring and empower them to be self sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth Create an environment that enables team to come as they are, because you know that diversity is the magic that makes good culture The YOU: YOU are results driven and always have the customer experience at the front of mind YOU understand the link between effective inventory management and revenue growth and proactively share your knowledge with those around you YOU are authentic, analytical and attentive YOU understand people and use a passionate and inspiring approach to coach and motivate your team YOU use your planning and organisational skills to keep your team on track and achieve great outcomes How we take care of our PEOPLE: An exclusive discount card for Dan Murphy's, BWS and other Endeavour Group brands including ALH pubs not to mention discounts from Woolworths and Big W.
