The Opportunity:
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 5+ dairy specialists
  • Drive team performance through training, coaching, and mentorship
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and store leadership
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and hit daily sales targets
  • Partner with the Store Manager to elevate customer satisfaction
