Treehouse Hotels in wonder, not just room nights. We build grown-up hideouts painted with childhood imagination and powered by planet-kind smarts. Our first Australian perch, Treehouse Adelaide, opens soon—and we need a Marketing Director who can share that story with real spark.

YOUR MISSION

  • Steer the brand compass – Craft and launch a 360° plan spanning digital, social, CRM, partnerships, PR, and a dash of analogue mischief.
  • Champion sustainability – Spotlight our up-cycled design, community roots, and carbon-light operations in every campaign.
  • Keep guests at the heartwood – Dream up playful activations and loyalty moments that surprise, delight, and bring our tribe back.
  • Run the multichannel treehouse – Balance paid, earned, and owned media while ensuring every touchpoint—from TikTok to lobby chalkboards—sounds unmistakably Treehouse.
  • Nurture media & mates – Build warm relationships with journalists, creators, and local legends so the conversation stays fresh and friendly.
  • Decide with data – Track performance, test, tweak, and keep pruning for growth.
  • Guard the voice – Ensure every headline, hashtag, and hallway poster echoes playfulness, nostalgia, and nature-first thinking.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Diploma or degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years leading marketing for lifestyle hotels, hospitality groups, or experience-driven brands.
  • Sharp strategic mind paired with hands-on hustle—you zoom out to the annual plan and zoom in to the day-one launch post.
  • Storytelling flair, presentation confidence, and a knack for rallying partners around a single idea.
  • Calm juggling of deadlines without dropping good humour.
  • Genuine passion for sustainability and talent for weaving eco-values into every campaign.
