We're Hiring: Client Services Associate | Entry-Level Role in Bitcoin & Digital Asset Markets

Stormrake is Australia's leading full-service Bitcoin and digital asset brokerage, trusted by private investors, family offices, and funds across the country. We're expanding fast and looking to hire two sharp, reliable, and hungry individuals to join our Client Services team in a full-time capacity.

This is the perfect entry point for someone who wants to build a long-term career in financial markets, brokerage, or digital assets. You'll be working directly with our clients, brokers, and operations team—getting your hands dirty from day one and learning how real capital moves in the fastest growing asset class in the world.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through the KYC/AML and account setup process
  • Answer inbound phone calls and provide first-class service to prospective and existing clients
  • Respond to general email and website enquiries with professionalism and speed
  • Liaise with our brokerage and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and follow-up
  • Assist with CRM data entry, call scheduling, and daily team coordination

What We're Looking For:

  • Clear communicator with excellent phone and email etiquette
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise under pressure
  • Genuine interest in financial markets, Bitcoin, and digital assets
  • Professional, coachable, and hungry to learn
  • No previous experience required—just the right attitude and willingness to show up every day and grow
