Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.

Specialist clinics at Northeast Health Wangaratta provides planned, non-admitted services that are an important interface in the health system between inpatient care and primary care services. The department provides important specialist consultation and treatment for patients through a medical, nursing or allied health team.

Northeast Health Wangaratta is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse to support the daily functions of the Specialist Clinics under the supervision of a registered nurse one day a week. The successful applicant will be required to ensure patient centred, comprehensive, safe and evidenced based care is provided to our patients in the High Risk Foot Clinic, Fracture Clinic, Surgical Outpatients, Medical Review Clinic and Genealogical Clinic.

As an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, the enrolled nurse will be supported to work collaboratively in a team environment. The EN will ensure they provide excellent clinical skills to support patients in Specialist Clinics and ensure appropriate community services are in place to support their health care journey.
