Location: St Johns Facility, Wangaratta
Position: Part-time Enrolled Nurse
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents
Assist with daily activities, personal care, and medication administration
Monitor and report on residents' physical and emotional well-being
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individual care plans
Provide support and education to residents and their families
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

To be considered for this role, you must:
Be a qualified Enrolled Nurse
Have or be willing to obtain a National Police Check
Have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to residents
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be flexible with timings of shifts i.e. open to morning, afternoon and nightshifts
