We are a luxury jewellery brand dedicated to creating timeless pieces that celebrate life's special moments. Our focus is on personalised client experiences, and our marketing drives high-quality leads and appointment bookings to our exclusive boutiques. As we grow, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute all digital marketing efforts hands-on, crafting elegant campaigns that connect with discerning customers and support our bespoke sales process.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...

You will take full ownership of the digital marketing strategy, driving qualified appointment bookings through a blend of paid media, organic social, content creation, SEO, email marketing and website management. This involves planning and executing targeted paid campaigns, optimising organic social channels to build brand awareness and engage our audience and managing SEO efforts to improve search visibility and attract high-intent leads. You will oversee the website to ensure it reflects our luxury brand identity, provides a seamless user experience and supports effective lead capture.

Email marketing will play a key role with personalised campaigns and automated nurture sequences designed to guide prospects through the sales funnel. You'll also handle pre- and post-sales checks, collaborating closely with boutique teams to ensure leads are accurately tracked, appointments confirmed and the customer journey runs smoothly from first contact to in-store experience. Maintaining brand consistency across all digital touchpoints will be essential, ensuring every interaction reflects our premium positioning. Monitoring campaign performance, analysing data and continually optimising across channels will be part of your day-to-day focus to maximise lead quality and appointment bookings.

YOU WILL NEED...

• 2+ years' experience within a digital marketing role
• Experience within luxury retail or a premium service environment
• Proven track record in lead generation, appointment-setting campaigns and brand awareness
• Strong experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage all aspects of digital campaigns independently
• Passion for luxury, jewellery or premium retail
