Who are we looking for?

Someone who is positive, eager to learn, who enjoys providing patient focussed service in a team based environment.

Strong interest or previous experience in a customer service focused environment.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Reliability and punctuality.

Experience in a healthcare setting is not essential as training is provided.

Willingness to travel between clinic locations across Perth

Available to work between the hours of 7:30-6:30pm Monday - Friday

Available for rotating Saturday mornings

Sound knowledge in the use of computers.

Your key duties and responsibilities include:

Providing genuine customer service to patients, face to face and on telephone.

Daily administrative tasks of the clinic, such as telephones and patient enquiries, appointment bookings, invoicing and medicare claims.

Daily clinic operations including clinic opening, room preparation and clinic closing.

Working in multi-clinic locations in metropolitan Perth
