    Key responsibilities
    Lead and manage all sales strategies and activities to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Strategy: Develop, implement, and refine a comprehensive national sales approach.
  • Performance: Monitor targets, forecast sales, and maintain CRM and reporting systems.
  • Business development: Identify and secure new customer segments and verticals.
  • Team leadership: Select, mentor, and develop high-performing team members.
  • Compliance: Support quality assurance, environmental management, and WH&S standards.
